This policy explains how Sensora Wellness Studio ("Sensora", "we"), 579 Bergen Boulevard, Ridgefield, NJ 07657, collects and uses personal information through sensoraskin.com and the Sensora Wellness Studio app for iOS and Android.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email address, phone number); your appointments and treatment history; information you choose to add to your skin file, such as skin concerns, products and active ingredients you use, and health-screening answers; messages you send the studio; progress photos you take in the app (stored on your device unless you choose to share them); and order and delivery details when you buy products. Card payments are processed by Square and bookings by Vagaro; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To sign you in, book and manage your appointments, check whether a treatment is suitable for you on a given date, send aftercare guidance and appointment messages, fulfil product orders, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the studio and the app on our behalf: Vagaro (scheduling), Square (payments), Supabase (app data hosting), Resend and our SMS provider (sign-in codes and notifications), and Netlify (website hosting), or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can view and correct your information in the app, and delete your account at any time under You → Account → Delete my account, which removes your account and its records. You can also ask us to access or delete your information by calling (551) 242-7924 or visiting the studio.

Security and retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and protect it with industry-standard safeguards.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
